Special Issues helps you find facts and articles about a comprehensive list of industries. This database "mines" archives and editorial calendars of trade and industry magazines, so it filters your search to trade magazines and industry associations who directly provide information on those industries. You can get some content there, or ask librarian for assistance on getting articles that may be available elsewhere, such as in other databases. Good for salary surveys, industry forecasts, industry reports, trends, marketing and product information. This makes a good complement to business periodicals databases rather than a replacement for business periodicals databases. Available for use in the library building only at Beaverton City Library.
