Learn about the many volunteer opportunities at public libraries in Washington County. Volunteers can help shelve books, repair books, assist at events, and more. Contact your local library to get involved!

Each WCCLS library has different volunteer opportunities available. Some locations also offer special ways for teens to get involved. Volunteer possibilities may include:

  • Checking in, shelving, and repairing library items
  • Helping with patron technology questions
  • Lending a hand with Summer Reading
  • Serving on Boards or Teen Councils
  • Assisting with library events
