Renew your library card

Library cards generally expire every four years so that we can review your contact information.

You may be able to renew your card by filling out this form. In order to verify you are the correct card holder, you must include all required fields.

If you prefer, you can contact your library to find out how you can renew your account. Some library card renewals may be able to be updated over the phone. Please have your full library card number ready when you contact your library.
