Library Accounts Unavailable Feb. 4

UPDATE: The software maintenance is complete as of 11:10 am on Feb. 5. You should be able to access your library account.

On Sunday, Feb. 4, starting at 6:00 pm, your library account will be temporarily unavailable for an estimated 24 to 36 hours. WCCLS will be performing software updates during this time so that our system remains secure and efficient. 

Here's how your library experience may be impacted during this scheduled maintenance period.

• You cannot log into your account or place a hold.
• You can search the catalog, but the alternate catalog will not be available.
• You can check out items from the library if you know your library card number. 
• Due dates and holds will be extended. 
• You cannot print an Adventure Pass, make a reservation, or change an existing reservation.
• You may not be able to stream videos. 
• You may not be able to download e-books and audiobooks.
